The assignment is organized from Federal, State, and local government. Please consult your reading materials and the guide to assist you. You may also use other resources to assist you.

The # sign means how many are there? For example how many U.S. Senators are there Nation-wide and in California and How many House of Representatives are there Nation-wide and in California?  Be sure to indicate the term (how many years is their term) and indicate the term-limit (how many times they may serve). Indicate the name(s) for your National representatives and the district # (number) that you live in. Keep in mind that you only have one district per office and cannot have two representatives for the same office. (For example, District #40 State Senator Ben Hueso)

Note: If you live in an “unincorporated” area you do not need to fill out the section for city. For those of you who live in a city you will need to fill out the entire sheet. (Only people who live in the City of San Diego need to fill out the last line on the back page).
